The Executive Assistant to the Owner serves as the Owner's right hand, providing administrative, operational, and organizational support across all areas of the business. This role helps keep daily operations running efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating projects, assisting with communications, and ensuring important tasks are completed on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Owner's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.

  • Coordinate travel, photoshoots, pop-up events, and business appointments.

  • Monitor emails, messages, and correspondence, responding or escalating as appropriate.

  • Assist with project planning and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documents.

  • Coordinate communication between departments, vendors, and external partners.

  • Maintain confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Track inventory, orders, and operational projects when needed.

  • Assist with product launches, marketing campaigns, and special events.

  • Conduct research on vendors, products, partnerships, and business opportunities.

  • Help organize files, contracts, invoices, and company records.

  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, or business support experience is preferred but not required.
