As an Associate (Pool), you'll be part of our flexible team of on-call associates who support various areas of the business as needed. Whether assisting customers, fulfilling orders, preparing for pop-up events, creating content, or helping behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in bringing the Seaside Society experience to life.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, thrive in a team environment, and are excited to grow alongside an emerging apparel brand.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and online.

  • Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.

  • Restock merchandise and help with inventory management.

  • Support pop-up shops, vendor markets, and promotional events.

  • Represent The Seaside Society Co. with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Assist with social media content creation, photography, and product launches when needed.

  • Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations to customers.

  • Help prepare for new collection releases and seasonal campaigns.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or event environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

  • Weekend and occasional evening availability preferred.

  • Retail, customer service, or apparel experience is a plus, but not required.
